Introduction
Heritage is a problem and idea. Generally speaking, it is the obedience of culture. It can be viewed as a culturally formalized form of grace, time and time, in the social life of the people. There is a possibility of studying both on both the ground and contemporary studies.
The significance of the conception of inheritance inherited from ancient times has undergone much changes today. It is mixed up with ideas such as tradition and civilization and are used as synonyms. Today, the tradition has changed as a vital assumption of public life and public debate.
There are many sorts of wisdom in all communities. Heritage protection should be based on thoughtful planning with clear social points. In this case it is advisable to understand the heritage as a man’s life and as life-force. It is unlikely to be a science-oriented vision. It should be remembered that the care and protection of the people with social expression and culture are the same as their heritage and that every step of planning is planned.
